Christmas Cards at

*This is a sponsored post.  All opinions are totally my own!

I have a confession...I have NEVER sent out Christmas cards before!  I have always meant to but this year I would love to be able to send out cute cards to my friends and family of the girls.

I came across and love the very cute and creative designs of their cards and gifts for Christmas and the Holidays!  What I have compiled is a wish list of sorts and hope to choose one for my cards maybe with your help!!

The steps I took to narrow down my choices:
When I first looked over all of the designs I was overwhelmed with all of the designs.  Once I had skimmed over then I decided how many pictures I wanted to use for my cards.

I chose to put only the girls picture as I have a tight budget!  So one it will be.  There is a simple way to search designs on the top of the page so I checked one photo and began other search down below the search options.

Next, I selected the format I decided to look at the folded versions.  Then I narrowed down even further and selected a Greeting, "Merry Christmas."  I do not really like saying Happy Holidays because the Christmas season to ME is about Christ being born :).  Even after narrowing down this much there were still 17 pages of Christmas cards to choose from!  Below I will share a few I found to be really creative.

  (All photos are from

This is called Book of Isaiah.  I love the creative design with the verse!

This is called Behold.  I chose to do a different shape and got the scalloped edging which makes it look so cute!

This is Isaiah.  I changed the outer on this one as well as the color of writing.

Celebrating Christ is the name of this one and I rounded the edges.

Joy to the World.  This one I really like because of the pop of colors (and the message of course).

Okay, I have narrowed down to five choices but would really love some help deciding which one to choose!  I did decide to select ones with Bible verses because as mentioned above the reason we even celebrate Christmas!  There are other selections you have to make to do the final checkout such as how many you are getting and what kind of paper selection you would like.

Overall, if you are planning to get Christmas cards made and ordered now is a great time to start planning so it will not sneak up on you!  I think that is what happens to me!  I plan to always send them and before I know it its too late.  And if you are looking for a personalized gift they have items such as planners, party decor, art work and even awesome fabric!

For my Fluffy prize Brilliant Bums a WAHM is giving away an awesome prize of a Petite OS Fitted Diaper valued at $25!

(pictured diaper is not the giveaway item)

I actually won a diaper that I am sharing with you for this review and as always all opinions are my own.

Brilliant Bums is a WAHM cloth diaper maker named Shelby and here is just a little about her:
“I am a Fire Wife & stay at home mama to my 2 children. I began sewing cloth diapers and accessories when my now 4 year old was a newborn to save money. Over the last few years I have grown to love sewing and creating all different types of cloth diapers from Pockets to Hybrid Fitteds. I'm now adding clothing and accesories.”

The diaper I won was actually just in time for Halloween.  The diaper is described as, "Spooky Night cotton woven wing to wing print over a full cut of  black PUL, which is seam sealed to prevent wicking along the bum seam. A Black Fleece Inner, Black Snaps & a CV topped Bamboo/Hemp Contour Petal Soaker Set complete the diaper."

I don’t really get into the whole Halloween thing but I do take my daughter to a few churches and relatives and let her dress up!  It is a spooky print that can be used all year!

Brilliant Bums makes several different types of diapers the one I will be sharing is an AI2 with a contoured petal soaker.  Other styles available to order include:  All-in-Ones with Pocket, Pocket Diapers, All-in-Two’s, Fitteds, Hybrid Fitteds, Inserts and Soakers.  They are a CPSIA compliant shop so you do not have to worry about your little ones!

My findings from this diaper are as follows:

Fit-There are two rows of snap downs to accommodate growing babies.  I found the fit perfect and quite trim on Baby M.  She is quite a heavy wetter and we have used this just fine at naps (I have not tried night because we would need extra inserts).  I really like the look and the way the snaps and flaps go they are similar to a hybrid in my opinion.  The OS diapers should fit about 8-35 pounds.

Performance-This diaper has held up very well so far.  The only thing that did happen after about the third wash is that the inside became pily(the black fleece).  This doesn’t affect the performance and the diaper is still soft it is just the material used.  The soaker’s themselves are very well made as is the diaper and are more absorbent than other similar diapers I have.

Cost-I think that the custom made diapers that Brilliant Bums make are very affordable in comparison with other diaper makers and the quality is well worth the money.  And an extra bonus is helping a fellow mama!

Overall, this is one of my favorite diapers now!  I love the trimness and dependability meaning I know Baby M isn’t going to have to get her clothes changed an hour into this diaper (like others we have).  While I did win this one I would love to get another custom diaper made with a more colorful print!

Tooti Booti Boutique Review

Lauren, the super sweet owner of Tooti Booti Boutique sent me a hybrid fitted diaper to review.

The hybrid fitted diaper is comprised of an outer layer of performance pique polyester knit, hidden poly fleece, a soaker made with super heavy organic bamboo fleece (topped with stay dry velour), and a booster of SHOBF backed with a layer of Polartec Classic 200 with DWR.

It's a one size diaper designed to fit babies from 10 to 35 pounds.
This diaper is generously sized and has a fold down rise to allow for a great fit.  I did notice that the leg elastics were a little bit more loose than other diapers I have tried but it did not affect function.  I was able to get a great fit on my daughter using the fold down rise.

Please ignore the background, my husband is in the process of installing new baseboard in our home!

I tested the diaper during the day for playtime and naps, leaving it on for 2-3 hours each time.  It held up well in both situations, however, the inserts were pretty wet after nap time, so I opted not to use it at nighttime.  The diaper may work well for you at night if your baby doesn't pee as much.  My girl is a heavy wetter and tends to need more absorbency at night.

Tooti Booti Boutique offers some of the cutest prints (isn't that what cloth diapering is all about?!).  The Frozen inspired fabric used in this diaper seems like it will last much longer than the cotton knits that are typically used for hybrid fitteds.  It has been washed numerous times and is not pilly in the slightest.  I'm also a big fan of the stay dry cotton velour!  It kept my girl's bum dry, which is a huge plus.  The workmanship is also top notch.  All of the snaps were placed correctly and were functioning.  You might think this is no big deal, but I've received diapers where some snaps were useless and it's a pain in the butt!

The diaper tag says made with love and it's very apparent!

The top pictures show the diaper on the smallest setting and the bottom on the largest one.

Be sure to connect with Tooti Booti Boutique on Facebook and Instagram!  They also make AI2 diapers, rompers, Tootiloones and knot headbands!  Does your little one have an upcoming birthday? Tooti Booti can work with you to create a custom applique/embroidered apparel!

Tooti Booti will be selling diaper covers soon as well!  They will be made with their own pattern and will be trim fitting.  They'll be offered with an optional snap in insert and will available to purchase around the second week of December!

Lauren has generously provided a coupon code for our readers!  Use MOMMY20 upon checkout to receive 20% off! (expires at 11:00PM PST on 11/30/2014)

I received this item in exchange for my opinion.  All thoughts are my own!

FuzziBunz Cloth Diaper Review

I was sent products to facilitate my review.  All opinions are my own.

FuzziBunz has been around since 1999 and was in fact the major inventor of the modern cloth diaper! When I told my friends and family I was going to cloth diaper about three years ago no one actually bought me any cloth diapers except for one good friend.  Actually, she bought me three FuzziBunz one size diapers!  I loved the trimness, adjustable elastic and the cute prints that she got for me.  However, I did not care for the PUL material it was very sticky which made for a hard to stuff diaper.  The inserts were a minky style and I wasn't a big fan of those either.

When I was contacted to see if I would like to review the new style I jumped at the chance!  I did sell two of the original diapers I had but glad I still had one to compare with (I just couldn't part with it J).  The company has switched hands and a Louisiana-based company that consists of parents and grandparents took over and redesigned the diaper to what it is now.  After lots of testing and redesigning they came to what the diaper is now.

I was sent a One Size Small and a Large to test out.  The Small is recommended to fit 7 pounds to 30 pounds and the Large is designed to fit 10 pounds to 45 pound children.

My Review

I will start with the Small size.

The diaper I was sent was a pretty green color it was called Shamrock.  It came with a microfiber insert that fit perfectly inside of the diaper.  The elastic is still adjustable much the same as it was before (which I love).  I had to adjust it just a tad on the legs but the back is also adjustable to get the perfect fit.

What I thought:

I love the fit of the new style diaper on Baby M.  It is much trimmer than many of my other pocket style diapers.  It is still bit enough if you need more absorbency to stuff more inserts.  Baby M is a heavy wetter and the insert included last’s a good while.

I had to adjust the elastic up a few notches and we started using this diaper when baby M was just a little over one month old (she was 8.6 at birth) and her newborn diapers still fit.  Fast forward I have had these diapers for over a month and still have not changed the elastic they fit perfectly still and have had no leaks.

Large Size

Again, the diaper color was pretty awesome teal color called Caribbean.  It comes with the contoured microfiber insert and it is huge.  I tried this on baby M first and just had to adjust the elastic to fit her and it was good to go.  This is a great night time diaper for her as it holds a lot.  She sometimes sleeps 5 to 6 hour stretches and is exclusively breastfed (go baby M).  We had a lot of wet sheets trying different solutions and I am happy to report this one worked.

I did try the diaper on my toddler who is 2.5 years old and weighs about 28 pounds and it fit great I even had to adjust the elastic to make it tighter on her.  We only use diapers at nap and night for accidents and it held up great for her.

I decided to only use this for baby M because I don’t want to adjust the elastic every wash since she is the major diaper wearer in the family.

Features for both of the diapers

-Adjustable leg and waist elastic

-Multiple snaps to adjust to the perfect fit

-Contoured microfiber terry cloth insert (it is the shape of the diaper like nothing I have ever seen)

-Polar fleece inner

For both diapers:  To stuff them I simply fold the top together and insert and it is easy peasy!  Neither have leaks with so far and I have used them for a while now.  They dry fairly fast compared to a hemp blend insert.  The pocket is big enough that if you need extra absorbency it would be possible to add more inserts as I imagine we will have to do with baby M later on.

What I notice most about the design change is the fit, and they are much easier to stuff!  Overall, I am in love with the new style.

FuzziBunz is having a promotion right now you can buy one get one free!  You can go to their website to learn more!  You can also connect with them on Facebook and Twitter.

As mentioned above I received product for my honest opinion.

Have you tried the new style?  If so what do you think of them?
